Now that we have told some of the horror stories with your landlords, what about a great one? landlords that have gone beyond your expectations and who have helped you to improve your life? Anyone??

Many of us have had at one point or another a landlord that made our life miserable or a tenant that destroy the unit you own with so much hard work. Share those experiences with us, so that we can all learn from you and your experiences. Thank you in advance for the stories.
