We offer two distinct services for our Landlord Owners: Tenant Acquisition and Monthly Property Management. Tenant Acquisition is the process of locating an acceptable tenant and placing them in your unit with a long or short-term lease.

Payment Disbursements - Direct Deposit for owner payments
24 hour maintenance / issue line
Coordination of all maintenance and repair services
Locating Vendors
Obtaining up to 2 estimates for services
Schedule work to be done
Open the property to complete service
Tenant relationship management
Periodic Property Inspections
Monthly statements
Annual 1099’s
Eviction / Collection Proceedings initiated if required

Long-Term (7 months or more)
Tenant Acquisition: 1st Month's Rent
Property Management Services: 7% per month*
Renewal for next lease term: 50% 1st Month's new rental period
Short-Term (6 months or less)
Tenant Acquisition and Property Management Services: 20% of total lease.
