Meet your Property Management Team
|
Managing your property takes a TEAM effort.
We have an outstanding team to accomplish this task. On point is Kimberly Peace our property  manager. Kim works with the Owners and Tenants to ensure that everyone is kept happy, the property is cared for and any outstanding issues are addressed as quickly as possible.
She is supported by our office manager, Shamika Huntley, who answers the phone calls, schedule showings, repairs, and keeps each of us organized and efficient.
Patricia Lorenzo and JR Fuller are the brokers that own and operate 85 & Sunny Property Management. They backup Kim as well as work directly securing new owners and tenants for the company. Patricia and JR own 5 investment properties of their own and bring that experience to bear for their clients daily.
